Requirements
- Completed degree in architecture (Bachelor/Master)
- Experience in design and construction planning
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Vectorworks)
- A flair for design, materiality, and proportions
- Structured approach and team spirit
- Excellent written and verbal German language skills
Responsibilities
- Developing architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Design and construction planning in close coordination with the project team
- Creating presentations, visualizations, and planning documents
- Detailed planning of interior design, materials, and fixtures
- Coordination with specialist planners and project management
- Overseeing implementation with a focus on quality and design precision
