We are looking for an experienced site manager with technical expertise, organizational talent, and a sharp eye for quality, deadlines, and processes.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training or degree in construction, architecture, or a related field
- Solid knowledge of construction processes and technologies
- At least 2–3 years of experience in site management and project coordination
- Proficiency in working with construction plans, bills of quantities, and construction schedules
- Ability to lead teams and communicate clearly
- Professional demeanor when dealing with clients
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region
- Excellent written and verbal German language skills

- Managing and coordinating ongoing construction projects
- Liaising with clients, specialist planners, and contractors
- Quality, schedule, and budget control
- Site organization and project documentation
- Preparing quotes and invoices
